Within the FBI's Behavioral Analysis Unit (BAU) are rapid response teams known as Red Cells. These non-traditional teams operate outside the bureaucracy and report solely to the director of the FBI. The team consists of unit chief Sam Cooper, skilled marksman Mick Rawson, savvy and focused Gina Lasalle, street-smart ex-con Jonathan “Prophet” Sims and newest member Beth Griffith. Stepping in with her inimitable style and unparalleled computer skills is Penelope Garcia. This elite team of agents within the BAU use unconventional methods of investigation and aggressive tactics to capture the nation's most nefarious criminals.
